This website is provided for informational and business enquiry purposes. You agree to use it only for lawful commercial purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract for services. Any quote issued in response is an offer subject to confirmation of scheduling, capacity, load suitability and the accuracy of the information provided.

Service pricing, timing and availability depend on the details you supply. Material differences between the enquiry and the actual pickup, delivery or cargo may change the applicable quote or our ability to complete the service.

TorqSpan Commercial Logistics provides business-to-business delivery support. We do not accept prohibited, hazardous, illegal, perishable-critical or otherwise restricted goods, and we may decline any load that falls outside our vehicle, weight or handling capabilities.

You are responsible for accurately describing the goods, ensuring they are properly prepared and packaged for transport, having authorised personnel available at pickup and delivery points, and confirming that transport of the goods is lawful.

To the extent permitted by law, TorqSpan Commercial Logistics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Liability relating to delivery services is governed by the service terms agreed with the customer for those services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
